Walk-on ceilings

Structure:        hidden galvanized steel rail system fixed with

                        adjustable suspesions to civil construction.

Panels:            both sides coated steel sheets in grid frame. Filling

                        material can be compressed Rockwool or

                        honeycomb, depending on specific requirements for

                        fire rating.

Dimensions:    Thickness 60 mm (fixed)

                        Width  1200 mm (max.)

                        Length 3600 mm (max.)

The coated steel sheets consist of antistatic sendzimir galvanized and polyester coated steel plate. The hidden grid structure makes the ceiling completely flush. Openings are cut out and finished with a capping.

Non walk-on ceilings

Structure:        T-bar system fixed with

                        adjustable suspensions.

Panels:            1 mm thick sendzimir galvanized,  lacquered steel

                        sheet shaped into a male/female profile.

Dimensions:    600 mm x 1200 mm

Standard grid system

Structure:        T-bar ALU grid system, walk-on with standard

                        dimensions from 600 mm to 1200 mm with special

                        fixings for blanks and gaskets.

Panels:            walk-on blanks made as a sandwich of 1 mm

                        sendzimir galvanized, lacquered steel, 10 mm

                        honeycomb and steel top plate.

                        non walk-on blanks made of 1,5 mm Sendzimir

                        galvanized lacquered steel sheet with profiles

                        around.

                        length   600 / 900 / 1200 mm
