DOORS

Laminated door

Inside frame is made of hardwood with a core of high compressed fiberboard. The HPL cover plate is laminated and moulded to the door edge with a polyurethane cover all around. This complete encapsulation of the door blade makes this door cleanroom proof. Different colors can be selected.

Steel doors

Frame is made of 1.5 mm steel frame with an inside core of rockwool or honeycomb depended on fire rating requirements. The door cover is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet lacquered in the color selected by client. Bottom is PVC sealed and adjustable to absorb floor variations.

Doorframes

The doorframes are constructed of stainless steel or Sendzimir galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The frame profiles have a special shape for easy cleaning and disinfecting.

Door hardware

- Different types of hinges, like steel, stainless steel, lift up hinges.

- Door closures, manual/automatic.

- Different types of door handles, locks and grips.

- Door needles, doorstops and flush bolts.

Sliding doors

Sliding doors are made of door blades similar to the KCS steel door. Sliding doors are operated manually or automatically all with an airtight closing. The special hanging structure is easy cleanable and cleanroom proof. Different opening devices are optional, like pull string and approach sensor. The hollow KCS walls provide special fixings to the sliding doors leaving out external reinforcements. The total outlook is consistent with KCS wall system.

Door windows

The door windows are double glazed flush with the door blade. Structure of door window is the same as wall windows which gives a fine harmony between doors and walls.

Door accessories

Dropseals: automatic door bottom seals for air tightness

Interlocks: PLC controlled door lock system with electronic magnets and push buttons. Connection to central monitoring system open.

Card locks: ID-card locks individual or group. Connection to PLC systems possible.

Kickplates: special protection plates to prevent door damage.

WINDOWS

Window frames

The window frames are made ALU profiles powder coated in the same color as the walls. The double walls and match the wall system precisely. glass cover is made of float glass or other glass, like safety glass, wired glass etc. The KCS windows are flush in the

Double glass safety

The double sided glazing is not inter-connected. In case of glass break, the cleanroom is not exposed to other areas and the validation parameters are kept in place.
