Light fixtures

KCS slim line light fixtures

Flush fitted in pre mounted frame and glass. On top the light fixture

is covered with a walk-on plate flush on the ceiling and easy

removable for services from above.

Teardrop lights

The KCS Teardrop lights are supplied for special applications, like

LAF-units and fulfill the cleanroom requirements.

KCS high flush light system

The high flush light system is flush in the ceiling without using a

frame. Together with the 'slim line' light fixture also the topside of the ceiling remains flush in an optimal cleanroom solution.

Explosion proof lights

Special requirements for explosion proof lights can be

accommodated, all in accordance with cleanroom standards.

3rd party light fixtures

At clients specification 3rd party light fixtures can be fitted in the ceiling. KCS will cut hole and premount frame and safety glass. On top any light fixtures can be installed.

Air boxes

Air boxes and flush mounted in the ceiling or connected in a grid system. Air can be low exhausted through the KCS hollow wall system or high back through the ceiling system. For all variations in air exhaust / supply from and to the cleanrooms KCS has standard options available.

KCS filter box

Lightweight box intra connected in ceiling panel and dust free enclosed. No extra supports needed. Filter exchange without breaking seals through special diffuser connection. Dimensions 300 / 600 / 900 / 1200 mm.

Filter fan units (FFU's)

FFU's are supplied according to different specifications related to technical requirements. Wiring and installation of control systems are part of the package.

Supply / return boxes

Lightweight box intra connected in ceiling panel and dust free enclosed. No extra supports needed. Free standing and easy maintenance.

Laminar airflow units (LAF)

LAF-units are integrated in the KCS ceiling system and built as a plenum inside the room. The airflow is directed through FFU's but also through centralized air supply and return with transparent filter towel. KCS will advise on the different options. Control devices are installed and made operational.

Diffusers

Diffusers are made of galvanized steel and powder coated in the

color of the ceiling. Different options for different air distribution are

available, like:

                        - Perforated grills

                        - Swirl grill

                        - Louvers and combination louvers/perforated
