Various cleanroom products

Besides the standard products as described previously KCS has a number of special cleanroom products, like:

Air shower

Made of standard KCS components the KCS air shower will fit nicely in the  cleanroom system.

The controls can be easily combined with existing plc controls on interlocks and HVAC.

Pass through box

Made of 1,5 mm steel and powder coated with glass door and electronic interlock.  Dimensions, standard: 600 / 800 / 1000 mm. Pass through box is integrated in wall including its wiring.

Clean benches

Various clean benches are available depended on specific process requirements.

Built-in working benches (BWB)

BWB's integrated in our wall system and are made of KCS standard components. The supports come from the wall without supporting legs to the floor. Cleaning and maintenance are the big advantage.
