Engineering and design, quality control

Engineering and design of the HVAC system is complementary to the cleanroom construction. The output to the Cleanrooms is the input for the HVAC design. Our engineers design the optimal balance between HVAC and KCS airflow devices, like air return walls, LAF units, and air boxes. The same quality standards as for the Cleanrooms are used for the HVAC design and materials. Secure operations with a consistent performance is the principle. KCS will guarantee its HVAC design.

Control system

The HVAC control system is directed through plc systems and sensor connections. Materials used are of high standards and secure for uninterrupted operation. The control system can be connected to the central monitoring system.

Material supply and installation

The material supply and intermediate storage is cleanroom proof. Dust control of the HVAC materials is standard procedure. The HVAC installation is coordinated with the cleanroom built-up including clear execution instructions at the interfaces. Efficiency is increased and quality is improved at a lower budget. Testing and commissioning is part of the installation, all well documented s for inclusion in the validation files.

By combining Cleanrooms and HVAC at one party no open holes are left for the responsibility. KCS likes to assume this responsibility and will give a full turnkey guarantee for such arrangement.
